We're not happy, if you're not happy!
All Orders take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
All refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the receipt of merchandise, no exceptions. If you wish to return your order, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message and the reason for return.
Please note that any used, altered, and/or opened items will not be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances.
All lashes purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Used, gently tested, and/or opened items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances due to hygiene purposes.
USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. See charges below. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. Once the package has left our store, has been received by the post office, and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost/stolen or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided at check out. If your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can change this for you if we have not shipped out the item already. We are not responsible if the item has already been shipped.

All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by UPS and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. Dolls Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Dolls Lashes is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Dolls Lashes has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Dolls Lashes does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes.
